Phoenix LEADnet Foundation is a women-focused renewable energy and skills development initiative established in January 2025 under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) arm of Phoenix Renewable Group. We empower women and youth with the skills, resources, and opportunities needed to thrive in the clean energy economy.
Our programs span solar photovoltaic training, green entrepreneurship development, climate education, and community-led sustainability projects.
Together, we are accelerating clean energy adoption; one woman, one trainee, one community at a time.
