Introduction

(Phoenix Leadership Empowerment and Development Network) was established as the philanthropic arm of Phoenix Renewable Group, with the mission to drive youth, community, and capacity development arm of the Phoenix Group ecosystem, an integrated sustainability enterprise anchored by Phoenix Renewable Group, Nigeria’s foremost indigenous solutions provider in electric mobility, renewable energy infrastructure, and low-carbon innovation. Founded by the Board of Directors of Phoenix Renewable Group, the Foundation emerged from a deep recognition that the success of Nigeria’s just energy transition depends not only on the deployment of technology and infrastructure, but also on the empowerment of people, particularly youth, women, and grassroots actors, as agents of transformative change.
